Terms of Use for Oliver

Oliver is a product of Kuip Limited, Ireland ("Kuip", "we", "us", "our").
By installing or using Oliver, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1) Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally able to accept these terms in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2) License
Subject to these terms, Kuip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Oliver for personal or internal business use.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable law
- Interfere with app security or normal operation
3) Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for all media, metadata, and other content you capture, import, store, upload, or share using Oliver.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions required for your content, including consent where legally required (for example recording people, voice, or location data).
4) App purpose and limitations
Oliver provides media provenance/integrity tooling (for example chain records and proof packaging). Oliver does not provide legal advice, forensic certification, or guaranteed evidentiary admissibility.
Any verification results or proof outputs are provided as technical outputs and may depend on device state, configuration, and third-party systems.
5) Third-party services
Oliver may integrate with third-party services you choose to use (for example Google sign-in, Google Drive, websites opened in-app, map providers).
Your use of third-party services is governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies.
Kuip is not responsible for third-party service availability, security, or policy changes.
6) Privacy
Use of Oliver is also governed by the Privacy Policy: https://provable.dev/privacy_oliver
7) Updates and changes
We may update Oliver and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
8) Disclaimer of warranties
Oliver is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuip Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of Oliver.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Kuip's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
10) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kuip Limited from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of Oliver, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
11) Termination
You may stop using Oliver at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where legally required or where misuse is detected.
12) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, excluding conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
